Product Wrapping

Wrapping is the perfect solution for changing a products identity and
covering any imperfections in the formed plastic work.
It also protects the product too.
As you can see in the examples of our work it can transform your product.

The mobile phone charger work came from a Product design company who were looking for a way of branding the blank injection moulded chassis.
Wrapping was the best way to finish this product giving a good sharp and clean finish. We wrapped 1000 units which are now in London taxi’s with Vodafone livery on it.

This product came in from a model making company. It consisted of two scaled versions of Airbuses. I received them stripped of old livery and sprayed white, this would give me a blank canvas. The first part of the job was to take the full size aircraft and scale it down. We then had to change the artwork from a 2D drawing allowing for the 3D model. I have shown a few of the stages and the finished article. The aircraft was the gloss lacquered to complete the finish. The planes took about four days to complete and were then shipped out to Malta to the customer in special coffins to protect them.

This was a very good example of extreme wrapping, with cutting in needed to allow for some wells in the product to be reached

This was a great job to be involved with. The desired impact was achieved to the 2.1 metre American football helmet. It was sent to Holland and used as the centre piece to an exhibition stand.
